Smoked Haddock Lasagne by Seafood Suppers
I mentioned this last week in a short round-up of the goodies in Lidl's latest Kickstart promotion. The Smoked Haddock Lasagne by leading Dublin chef Niall Sabongi (famous for Klaw and a few other fishy outlets in the capital) is our Taste of the Week. It is a lovely combination of Wild Irish Smoked Haddock, chestnut mushrooms, spinach, and Vintage Cheddar Cheese.
Niall, keen for more people "to enjoy the richness of Irish seafood," has come up with a beauty. Sustainable and seasonable, it is a delicious restaurant-quality supper in the comfort of your own home.
