Ummera Smoked Picanha Organic Irish  Aberdeen Angus Beef, to give it the full title, is our Taste of the Week. The product was first introduced a few years back and was awarded the Best New Organic Product at the

2016 Irish National Organic Awards.

It should be sliced thinly and served with a fresh salad and a light dressing or subtle horseradish sauce. Perfectly delicious. You can see why this cut is so popular in Brazil where its name comes from.
