Tuscan Style Chicken by Sage.

After 16 years, Kevin and Réidín Aherne closed their
beloved Sage Restaurant in Midleton at the end of last month "with very mixed emotions", describing the decision to close as " an emotional rollercoaster".But they have a new road, a new direction, to follow under the Sage banner. A major pivot to developing a range of Sage products during and following Covid has taken hold.
I have, from time to time, highlighted some of the products here and continue that with our Taste of the Week, Sage's Tuscan Style Chicken. It consists of chicken breast, spinach, garlic, red pepper, olive and sundried tomato sauce and comes with specially seasoned rosemary and garlic potatoes. It is a complete meal, a completely delicious restaurant-quality meal for one, for under seven euro! All you have to do is heat it up according to the easy-to-follow provided instructions.
