Hederman's Whole Smoked Mackerel.
Salad days are here. To stay? Well, we did get a few beauties last weekend and should get quite a few more in the months ahead.
When the sun shines, you want to be out, at a picnic by the beach or at a table in the garden. You don't want to be stuck
in the kitchen.Plan ahead. Get into the English Market or your local farmers market and get yourself some delicious convenience food. Did just that last weekend and used the whole-smoked Irish mackerel from Bellvelly maestro Frank Hederman's stall in the English Market. Just added a few leaves from the garden and a baguette from ABC Bread. You could of course use Hederman smoked fillets if you prefer.
