They were extremely poor. The wretched little shop, with its
window blocked with packages of Coleman’s Mustard, Cadbury’s Cocoa, etc., did
not realize it its stock these splendid advertisements. A few red herrings hung
from the ceiling, and a few strings of onions. There was a make believe of two
or three gorgeous canisters, on which “Tea” was printed in crimson and gold
letters.
