It comes from one of Spain’s most traditional wine areas. The winery and its vineyards are geographically located in the heart of the Cariñena .
Great care is taken all through the process. This particular wine has spent 4 months in new French Oak and it shows.
Colour is a dark red with dark fruits on the nose. In the mouth it is plum and dark cherry, tangy and spicy and well balanced by tannins.
It is somewhat restrained on its own, more likely to open up and introduce itself more fully with red meat and/or red wine sauce dishes, perhaps even a good companion at the barbecue.
